The HECO-TOPIX-plus glass strip and floor board screw was specially designed for the work with thin profiles and narrow mounting conditions. Therefore it features a patented drilling tip, which enables a precise positioning and an easy insertion without pre-drilling. Furthermore it reduces the splitting of timber effectively, enabling insertions close to the edge.
Due to its high thread-pitch the HECO-TOPIX glass strip and floor board screw can be processed quickly and allows a low driving torque. Its small raised countersunk head enables not only a visually appealing mounting, but can also be sunk accurately due to milling ribs underneath the head, without damaging the structure of the fibres around the screws edge. The result is a clean and flush finish. The HECO-TOPIX glass strip and floor board screw is available as a bright zinc plated or an A2 stainless steel version for outdoor applications and wet rooms.
BENEFITS
Small special head with milling ribs for easy and neat countersinking
The small, slightly raised countersunk head design gives an attractive finishing touch
ADVANTAGES
