The FAMAG Werkzeugfabrik Bormax 2.0 PRIMA Forstner Bits are designed for boring and countersinking in timber on inclined angles. These Forstner bits feature a replaceable center point with cutting character and two main cutting edges that are staggered and grooved in reverse order. This design reduces the feed force required and minimizes friction and heat buildup, resulting in longer service life and higher drilling quality.
PRIMA version forstner bits, refer to their ability to drill on inclined angles or are not flat surfaces and have a replaceable centre bit sleeve.
