Only high-quality components are used in the manufacture of this robust and solid machine in Sigmaringen in the south-west of Germany. The machine has a dimensionally stable and self-supporting machine body, a torsion-resistant grey cast iron table top with a finely planed surface and double-guided swivel segments made of grey cast iron. Thus, the machine has everything it needs for precise and reliable continuous operation.
A smooth-running and maintenance-free double slide table (ball-bearing mounted and extra stable) with precise and backlash-free running over the entire length guarantees optimum support and workpiece feeding on the front. This can be extended for large panels with the lightweight yet stable cross-cut carriage, on which the cross-cut and mitre fence including angular fixed grid can also be mounted.
RIP FENCE
Fine-adjustable rip fence with 1030 mm capacity to the right of the saw blade, easy to adjust and fix manually, positions can be read via mm scale on adjustable ruler support.
CROSS CUT FENCE
Cross-cut fence on cross slide with mm scale and telescopic pull-out extendable up to 3500 mm, with 2 pieces robust and backlash-free adjustable flip stops, 1 piece end stop with support for long strips, the cross-cut fence can be used as an angular mitre fence on both sides, infinitely variable from 0° to 46° with mechanical length compensation; all common mitre angles (15°, 22.5°, 30°, 45°) can be quickly set via a fixing system.
MACHINE BODY
The dimensionally stable and selfsupporting machine body is a stable welded frame construction made of thick-walled steel profiles and lasermachined sheet steel parts and mechanically processed. The torsional rigid and finely planed cast iron table top is mounted on the machine body.
SAW SHAFT UNIT
The complete saw shaft unit is dynamically balanced. The double-guided swivel segments are made of grey cast iron. The double column guide for height adjustment as well as the long saw shaft with 2 ball bearings ensure absolutely smooth running.
