WAIST SIZE ADVICE AND GUIDELINES

• Take your best fitting trousers or shorts, DON'T use the measurement given on the label.
• Pull the waist tight and measure the inside. Measurements of Blaklader are in inches.
• Take the measurement, and double it to find the full length of the waist.

IE. An inside measurement of 40.6cm, will be a 81.2cm diameter waist or 32 inches.
