Technical Data

Coverage: Approximately 40-60 square metres per litre with one coat

Application:

• Apply with a low-speed single disc floor polisher with a white pad
• A buffer such as Osmo's FloorXcenter machine should not be used to apply Maintenance Oil matt on floors finished with Polyx®-Oil matt
• For floors finished with Polyx®-Oil matt, use only a microfibre roller to apply the Maintenance Oil, then leave to dry

Additional Advice

• While this is an Osmo product, it is possible to use it over other oil and wax floor finishes, however a trial application is essential to determine suitability
• Maintenance Oil is a renovation product. Its timely use can prevent major sanding and renovation work. However, if the existing surface is raw or badly worn, it should be sanded and finished with one of the Osmo Polyx®-Oils, rather than use Maintenance Oil
• Maintenance Oil needs to be applied by a low-speed single disc floor polisher with a white pad. As such, it is a professional use product, but can be used by people with the correct machine.
