The WILPU HM 100 75mm Rough Cut Jigsaw Blade for Mineral Based is a premium jigsaw blade with T-shank and tungsten carbide teeth. It is designed for cutting glass-fibre reinforced products, hard wood, and gas-formed concrete with a thickness of 5-20 mm. The blade features a tooth pitch of 4.2mm and 6 teeth per inch, with a toothed length of 75mm. Made from alloyed tool steel with tungsten carbide teeth, the WILPU HM 100 is extremely resistant and durable, making it suitable for cutting hard plastics and abrasive materials such as CRP and GRP. The blade is best used with medium machine speed, without orbital stroke, and no lateral pressure for optimal results.
