Craftsman Hardware currently operates customer support from our Cheltenham hub in Victoria, Australia, while serving customers nationwide across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, the Australian Capital Territory and the Northern Territory. Additional Australian states and international locations, including New Zealand and other regions, will be listed here as local support teams come online.
Showroom Locations
Our physical showroom is currently located in Cheltenham, Victoria, supporting trade and professional customers from Melbourne and regional Victoria. Over time, additional showroom locations across New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, the ACT and the Northern Territory may be added here as demand for in-person browsing and fitting grows in other Australian states and regions, including New Zealand.
Warehouse & Logistics Locations
Our core warehouse and dispatch operations are based in Cheltenham, Victoria, servicing trade and online orders shipped throughout Australia – including Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, the Australian Capital Territory and the Northern Territory. As additional regional distribution centres and interstate warehouses are established, each new location will be listed here with its specific freight capabilities and handling profile.
