Meet the Original Restorer Tool, a patented handheld or benchtop powerhouse for material removal. Buff, sand, grind, polish, scrub, or clean any surface with ease. Interchangeable drum and various accessories make it a versatile alternative to belt sanders and angle grinders.
The tool is well-balanced, with a pistol grip for one-handed use, and a front palm grip for working vertically or overhead.
FUNCTION
The Live Edge/Shou Sugi Kit is specifically designed for cleaning up and brush sanding live edge surfaces. The included stainless steel wire wheel gets into tight cracks and crevices in the wood stripping away years of debris and char along with preparing the edge surface for a premium epoxy bond or coloring. The included 80 grit nylon brush is used to burnish down any loose fibers for a splinter-free silky-smooth finish.
The Restorer can be fitted with any type of roller from abrasives to wire wheel.
WORKABILITY
Weighing in at just 4.5 lbs or 2kg, the Restorer is less than half the weight of most belt sanders.
It is also much more compact for maneuvering in tight areas.
CAPACITY
Uses rollers and wheels with diameter of 80mm and width of 100mm. Use genuine Restorer Tool accessories for best results.
