Overview & Handling Services

Choose the handling speed that suits your needs. Handling time is how long we take to pack. Transit time is how long the carrier takes to deliver. These are separate timelines.

Handling Time at a Glance

Select Standard or Priority to see when your order is likely to be packed and handed to the carrier (business days only, Melbourne time).

Date (Business Day) Stage

Standard Handling Packed within 10 business days.

Priority Handling Packed in 3 business days. Priority queueing, extra protective packing, and insurance included.

Packing time Transit time is separate

Timelines are best-effort estimates and may extend during peak periods, weekends, and public holidays.

Order Processing Times

What happens after you place an order:

  1. Order confirmation — immediate email.
  2. Processing starts — same or next business day.
  3. Packing — up to 10 business days (Standard) or 3 business days (Priority).
  4. Carrier handover — tracking emailed once booked.
  • Allow up to 10 business days during peak volume or special requests.
  • Need it within 2 weeks? Choose Priority Handling.
Reminder: Packing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Order Changes

We pack quickly. Once you click Process order, changes are not guaranteed. Your order may already be in progress.

If you need to make changes, contact us immediately:

Usually possible before packing begins:

  • Contact details
  • Minor address corrections
  • Size/colour changes for the same item

Not possible once packing has begun:

  • Adding items
  • Switching product models
  • Changing the shipping method

Order Cancellations

  • If processing has not started, refunds can be issued.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on payment method.
  • If processing or dispatch has begun: cancellation is no longer possible. You may request a return after delivery under the Returns Policy (found on the Returns page).
  • Pre-order cancellations: shipping charges forfeited + 10% admin fee.

Order Shipping Information

  • Tracking emailed when ready to ship.
  • Carriers pick up daily; missed pickups ship the next business day.
  • Delivery speed depends on your carrier choice and external factors.
  • We cannot guarantee delivery dates once handed to the carrier.
Heads up Transit times depend entirely on the carrier selected at checkout.

Address & Delivery Options

Before ordering

  • Use a complete street address.
  • PO Boxes permitted for Australia Post services only.
  • Select Signature on Delivery if required.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

  • If ATL is used, parcels may be left unattended.
  • Once marked delivered, loss/theft is not covered.
  • Select Signature on Delivery if you cannot accept ATL risk.

Address corrections after dispatch become carrier redirections, which may incur fees.

Oversize Products

  • Oversize = items exceeding standard AusPost limits.
  • Hazardous chemicals ship at fixed rates.
  • Fasteners often exceed weight limits.
  • Contactless delivery may apply depending on the carrier.

International Orders

  • Import duties & taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
  • Customs delays are outside estimated transit times.
  • Certain restricted items cannot be shipped internationally.
