This is the SYS3 top handle for the SYS3 style systainers from Tanos. This item fits SYS3 systainers of various heights.  

This item can be used to replaced a broken SYS3 top handle or to custom outfit your systainers for a color scheme of your liking.  When you order this item, you get the SYS3 handle in the specified color.
