Heat Transfer Types

Our Hotscreen heat transfer range includes several technologies to match different garments, conditions, and visual requirements:

STARK: As the Swedish name (“STRONG”) suggests, STARK is a highly durable transfer developed for demanding workwear and outdoor clothing such as jackets and beanies. It is ideal for builders, machine operators, and security staff, offering exceptional resistance to wear-and-tear. Its extra thickness sets it apart from thinner products like FLEX.
FLEX: A flexible, elastic transfer designed for thin and stretch fabrics. Perfect for sportswear and branded clothing, FLEX is an all-rounder for garments and accessories that require a soft, stretchy print that moves with the material.
REFLEX: A reflective heat transfer designed to be seen in low-light conditions. REFLEX provides high-visibility performance while maintaining the same durability and robustness as STARK, making it ideal for safety-critical garments.

Heat Transfer Finishes

SOLID: Ideal for logos with flat colours. SOLID can be ordered in the full Pantone C scale and supports up to seven colours in a single logo. Numbers and letters are kept in stock for fast turnaround on common branding needs.
PROCESS: Designed for complex logos with gradients, photographic imagery, or subtle shading. PROCESS allows an effectively infinite number of colours and can emulate embroidery effects, giving designs a textured, high-end appearance on garments.
