Since March 26, 2025, the exchange rate from EU to AU has risen from 1.71 to 1.78. To avoid price rises, we have allowed customers to pay in EUR to avoid AUD performance fluctuations.

Inflation in Europe isn't always the main issue; with the AUD lowering, the cost shouldn't fall on our customers, by us needing to adjust our prices to the local market. By switching to EUR, you can pay the same EU local prices, even with AU transactions. Two options: either raise prices or allow a shift to EUR, offering you EU currency prices without the fluctuations.

Ultimately, we can then control the currency exchange market for our customers, rather than paying the price of other businesses, economies and currency performances.
