Classical centre bit with centre point. Polished face with two taper taps and bit shank E 6,3. The extension shank 3511.305 has a quick-action chuck
For drilling in soft wood without any particular precision and quality. Due to the taper taps the results are clearly better than the usual versions
Alloyed tool steel
In our opinion flat centre bits are in principal no tools for professional use and are not suitable for hard wood. We recommend to use FAMAG cylinder boring bits, especially the product lines Bormax® 2.0 (alloyed tool steel / TCT)
