At Craftsman Hardware, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return an order. We strive to make the process as seamless as possible.
Return Policy
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery date. The product must be in its original condition, with all original packaging and accessories.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. You can reach us at support@craftsmanhardware.com.au or through our contact form.
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the product back to us.
- Once we receive the product and confirm its condition, we will process your refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same return process. Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will ship out the new item to you.
